• Free initial evaluation of educational documents (to determine whether they are
sufficient to start the procedure and enroll in a university)
• Selection of university and desired educational program
• Communication with the university and scheduling an interview for you
• Collection of all necessary documents for the application, translation into Georgian,
and notarization
• Submission of application for recognition and enrollment (University admission
support)
• Admission Letter (Offer Letter)
• Email and WhatsApp support
• Guidance for visa document preparation (student applies for visa themselves)

Fees and Payment:

• Payment Terms: 20% upfront, 40% upon receiving the education recognition document, 40% when the university acceptance letter is received.

Best for: Students who want minimum help and can manage some steps on their own.

Standard Package

• Everything in Basic Package, plus:
• Full visa application assistance (checking documents, preparing visa file)
• Accommodation arrangement support (finding dormitories or apartments)
• Airport pickup coordination (optional, if needed)
• SIM card & bank account opening advice
• Medical insurance assistance (help finding a student insurance plan)

Fees and Payment:
• Payment Terms: 20% upfront, 35% upon receiving the education recognition
document, 25% when the university acceptance letter is received, 20% after arrival in Georgia

Best for: Students who want full guidance until arrival in Georgia.

Premium Package

  • Everything in Standard Package, plus:
  •  Personal guide during first week in Georgia (available on WhatsApp/phone)
  • University registration assistance (help with in-person steps after arrival)
  • Bonus: 1-on-1 live Zoom meeting before departure (final advice)

Fees and Payment:
Payment Terms: 20% upfront, 30% upon receiving the education recognition
document, 20% when the university acceptance letter is received, 30% after arrival in Georgia

Best for: Students and families who want maximum support for peace of mind.

Additional costs such as university application fees, tuition fees, visa fees, and travel expenses are NOT included in the service fee.
